Shipping, Returns and Company Policy Information
Please note that with few exceptions, the equipment offered for sale here is not intended for home/residential use and will not work when plugged into a normal telephone jack.
Regarding "Free Shipping" Option: If selected at checkout, you are authorizing us to use the least expensive shipping method available to us regardless of delivery speed. Under almost any domestic shipping circumstances, this will not be more than 5 business days from date of purchase (shipping from Tucson, AZ 85719). If you are dealing with a time-sensitive scenario, please select a shipping service with a guaranteed delivery time frame or contact us for specific information. If you feel the rate quote you receive at checkout is incorrect, please contact us. Every effort has been made to offer honest and real pricing quotes, but we're not perfect!
FedEx Ground Outbound Service Map
We typically ship same-day or next business day after payment using USPS, UPS or FedEx, and reserve the right to use less expensive services when necessary and on negotiated transactions. We will accommodate overnight or second day shipments if possible at buyers sole expense. Commercial addresses are preferred and please notify us if you have a rural address so we can use USPS.

International sales are at our discretion and we are unable to offer a warranty unless you pay all shipping – to and from. Don’t ask us to misrepresent customs documents. We are not able to provide refunds for lost shipments or non-performing items; our responsibility ends upon providing tracking information. After all that, if you still want to do business with us then please contact us and we’ll get you an exact international shipping total. We’ll do all we can to serve and accommodate our overseas military members!
We’re not experts on everything we sell, and we're not perfect, but we always work hard to satisfy and take care of our customers. We guarantee your satisfaction and stand behind all of our products with a base-line 90 day warranty. Within that 90 day period we offer you full rights of return/refund (restocking fee may apply), along with basic technical assistance/troubleshooting. If anything isn't as expected, please contact us as quickly as possible so we can work toward resolving the issue. We leave no customer hanging!
If we are unable to resolve an issue with your order, we will issue RMA information along with return shipping instructions. Please do not return your order without first contacting us.
Please carefully check the model numbers of your existing equipment or contact us prior to purchase to ensure compatibility.
Under some circumstances the return of your purchase is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and reimbursement for the cost of shipping equipment to you.
User Guides / Manuals
We do not include user guides or manuals with any of our equipment; it is our belief that a vast majority of this information can be quickly located online without the use of paper. Starting in March 2018 we have begun updating our product pages to include user guides and manuals as often as possible, so please check there or contact us ff you need help locating this documentation for your product. Thank you for helping us stay green.
Advance Replacements are available with funds secured then refunded upon return of defective equipment. Please contact us for details.
